Track or change an order

When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow one business day for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.

To change or cancel an order, reply to your confirmation email or contact support with your order number. Same-day changes are not guaranteed once the warehouse has started fulfillment.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $35 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States. Expedited options may appear at checkout when available.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order leaves our fulfillment center. Remote or limited-access addresses may require additional time.

Returns & refunds

Most unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, subject to inspection. Opened items may qualify for replacement or store credit when the product is defective or not as described.

Include your order number when initiating a return. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Warranty

Luxenta-branded accessories are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product packaging or product page. The warranty does not cover wear from normal use, misuse, or compatibility issues with third-party devices.
